Our classes encompass Standard/Ballroom and Latin, including Salsa and Argentine Tango, to name a few. Each category consists of different dances, techniques, and styles, such as International style Waltz, Tango, Slow Foxtrot, Quickstep, and Viennese Waltz in the Standard/Ballroom category and International style Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble, and Jive in the Latin. You may also want to try Bachata or Lambada.

Beginner Couples Dance Class
Our beginner couples dance class at Bradley Dance Freelance is the perfect starting point for those who have never danced before or lack confidence in their abilities.
We'll start with solo dancing to build your understanding of the basics before introducing you to partner mechanics like holding and embracing. You'll learn ballroom and Latin dances at a slower pace, while also becoming more aware of the music.
Each dance will be introduced with its history, character, mood, and postural alignment, allowing you to tell a story on the dance floor.
Our classes require comfortable non-rubber shoes and clothing. Come join us and kick-start your ability to glide around the floor with confidence!
Improvers Couples Dance Class

Our classes focus on developing your technique, weight transfer, partnering skills, and adding complex patterns to challenge your stamina and focus.
We also provide innovative technique tips to improve your tracking, showing quality, and skill through developing your standing leg. In addition, we give the finer details on posture, shaping, coordination, musicality, and different rhythm changes to create a surprise element for the observer.

Advanced Couples Dance Class
The advanced couples dance classes at Bradley Dance Freelance are tailored for experienced dancers who have been honing their skills for over 8 years.
This class is ideal for those with aspirations in competitive work, exams or choreography. Previous professional experience in ballet or similar styles is advantageous.
Expect complex timing, choreography, and foot speed, with a focus on developing greater awareness and energy transfer between partners. These classes will enable you to produce a stylistic and charismatic performance.
