At Bradley Dance Freelance, our Beginner Latin Dance Lessons are designed to guide you from the very beginning. We start with solo dancing to help you absorb the information, and as you progress, we will introduce partner mechanics such as holding and embracing. These dance lessons are perfect for those who have never danced before, or for those who want to build their confidence and learn at a slower pace.
You will learn the basics of Ballroom and Latin dance, becoming more aware of the music and building a confident ability to glide across the floor. We will also introduce the history, character, mood, and postural alignment of each dance to tell a story from dance to dance. Wear comfortable clothes and non-rubber sole dancing shoes for easy movement from the hip joint. Join us at one of our Leicester studios, online, or in-person at one of our classes.
