1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

All bookings for dance classes, lessons, and events with Bradley Dance Freelance must be made through our website booking system or by phone with the appropriate deposit or full payment. Payments can be made through Square, cash or via bank transfer.

2. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

If a student cancels a booking 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time, they will be entitled to a full refund. If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, the student will not be entitled to a refund. Bradley Dance Freelance reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class or lesson due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.

3. CLASS AND LESSON ATTENDANCE

Bradley Dance Freelance reserves the right to refuse entry to a class or lesson if a student is late or not appropriately dressed. Students are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards instructors and other students during classes and lessons. Bradley Dance Freelance reserves the right to remove any student from a class or lesson who is disruptive or behaving inappropriately.

4. LIABILITY

Bradley Dance Freelance is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property incurred during a class or lesson. Students attend classes and lessons at their own risk.

5. HEALTH AND SAFETY

Students are responsible for disclosing any health conditions or injuries that may affect their ability to participate in dance classes or lessons. Bradley Dance Freelance reserves the right to refuse entry or ask a student to leave if they believe that the student is not physically able to safely participate in a class or lesson.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, including but not limited to choreography, music, and instructional materials, provided by Bradley Dance Freelance are the property of Bradley Dance Freelance and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

7. PRIVACY

Bradley Dance Freelance respects the privacy of its students and clients and is committed to protecting their personal information. Bradley Dance Freelance will not sell or distribute personal information to third parties.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
